Quarantine curfew will be imposed in the Gampaha District from 10 p.m until 5 a.m on Monday (26), Army Commander Shavendra Silva said.

It is very easy for the authorities to slap a curfew as and when they feel. You never think of the suffering of the people. Banks in these areas are closed since 5th October and people with no teller cards are without cash.Having to live within four walls makes people mentally sick. How long are we to hide like this.
