Ruwan Wijewardene appointed Mass Media non-cabinet Minister

State Minister of Defence Ruwan Wijewardene was sworn in as non-cabinet Minister of Mass Media before President Maithripala Sirisena at the Presidential Secretariat a short while ago.

He would continue to hold the post of State Minister of Defence as well, informed sources said.
