Aitken Spence ready to reopen hotel properties

Aitken Spence Hotels is gearing to reopen its hotel properties, offering guests to experience unique hospitality and exemplary cuisine.


Resuming operations after the lockdown hiatus, the hotel chain, known for its iconic properties and celebrated cuisine, is set to open its doors to guests to enjoy a hassle-free holiday, assured of heightened safety and health precautions.


The company’s premier brand Heritance will open its popular resorts, Heritance Kandalama and Heritance Negombo, on July 17. 

The spacious beachfront property, Turyaa Kalutara, will introduce a full board plus package for guests from July 17 onwards, with many attractive offers for guests, including an extended happy hour with unlimited local spirits and selected chasers, complimentary cocktails, afternoon tea/coffee, snacks as well as a kids’ movie night under the stars 
with popcorn. 


Selected properties will also offer special resort credit for bookings via the company website. 


On the eastern coast, Aitken Spence’s Amethyst Resort Passikudah opened on July 1, presenting unique experiences and local cuisine to savour. From July 1, the historic Bandarawela Hotel also welcomed guests to a cosy retreat in the mountains, away from the city’s bustle.


For those who missed the charm of the historic hill capital, Earl’s Regent opened in the beginning of June whilst Earl’s Regency opens doors from July 31 onwards.


The dynamic spaces of the hotels will also open for events, adhering to the local safety guidelines.
