Heads of all security forces to be changed within 24 hours: Prez

The Police, Tri-Forces and Security Forces would be restructured within a week and expected to change the heads of all security forces within the next 24 hours, President Maithripala Sirisena said today.

He said this addressing the nation a short while ago.

Reshuffling heads will not enough, investigate who prevented actions to take after interligence information? Who is getting political advantage out of it now? Who had the need to prove terrorist existed? And many questions surrounding it. Also for the sake of country at least now make required laws to stop hate speech, its not free speech. When a community is demonise and cornered, these blood sucking terrorist take advantage from it and brainwash young blood. If MR and you had taken stern stand against hate preachers let it be monk, ulama, father or pusari will these terrorist would have got a chance to recruit by brainwashing? Recall after 83 violence LTTE manage to recruit more Tamil youths and do we never learn lessons from history? Even now politicians are trying to take advantage from this incident. For the country’s sake don’t play with lives of people for political advantage.
