Three arrested with 25,000 kg of refuse tea

• the refuse tea was being prepared for export at a factory at uswetikeiyawa when it was raided by the STF

STF personnel yesterday arrested three men and seized 25,000 kg of refuse tea from a factory at Uswetikeiyawa yesterday while they were being prepared to be exported, Police said.

  They said the manager of the factory was among those arrested.  
The refuse tea and those arrested will be handed over to the Wattala police for further investigations.
