Wijeya Newspaper’s Rishini Weeraratne wins ’Leadership in Digital Media Award 2023’
Rishini Weeraratne from Wijeya Newspapers Limited, has been awarded the prestigious ‘Leadership in Digital Media Award 2023’ at the Top 50 Professional and Career Women’s Global Awards 2023.
The award ceremony was hosted by Women in Management Sri Lanka, International Finance Corporation (a subsidiary of the World Bank) and the Government of Australia (Australia Aid).
The Leadership in Digital Media Award recognizes outstanding leadership and innovation in digital media by women professionals.
Rishini Weeraratne was selected for her exceptional contribution to digital media and her pioneering work in promoting digital media in Sri Lanka.
