One person was killed and another nine were injured when a speeding CTB bus bound for Kegalle collided with a van head on in Galigamuwa this morning. One person is in critical condition and receiving treatment at the Kandy General Hospital, police media spokesman SP Preshantha Jayakody said.
The rest of the injured were admitted to the KegalleHospital while the bus driver was taken into custody by the Kegalle police, SP Jayakody said. (SD)
