EC begins accepting deposits; Sarath Keerthirathna first to submit bond

Colombo, July 26 (Daily Mirror) - Deposits from candidates for the upcoming Presidential election will be accepted from 8:30 am today till 12:00 noon on August 14, 2024. 

Deposits can be made during working days from 8:30 am to 4:15 pm at the Election Commission Office.

Meanwhile, former Deputy Minister Sarath Keerthirathna was the first candidate to submit his deposit for the upcoming Presidential election.
