Hatton, July 19 (Daily Mirror)- Train services on the upcountry line have been disrupted due to trees falling across the tracks between Pattipola and Ohiya railway stations.

A senior official of the Nanu Oya railway station told the media that the Colombo bound Udarata Menike express train from Badulla was halted at the scene.

He said a team of railway workers have been deployed to remove the fallen trees.

However, he said the train services on the mainline will be subject to delays.
