Colombo, November 19 (Daily Mirror) - The government aims to create an environment where public officials can serve freely and effectively while removing barriers that hinder both officials and citizens in delivering and accessing services.
While assuming duties as Public Administration, Provincial & Local Councils Prof. Chandana Abeyratne said that with the coming to power of the new government, a new chapter in the country's journey has begun.
All state officials should work together to manage this new chapter well and embark on a people-friendly journey, he said.
