Colombo, Nov 10 (Daily Mirror) - A delegation from the International Monetary Fund (IMF) is scheduled to visit Sri Lanka next week to conduct the third review under the country’s Extended Fund Facility (EFF) programme.
The team, led by IMF Senior Mission Chief Peter Brewer, will assess Sri Lanka's economic policies, progress on ongoing reforms and the implementation of previous agreements with the IMF.
Following this review, the IMF is expected to release the next installment of the loan to Sri Lanka.
