The rain-interrupted Asia Cup Super 4 match between India and Pakistan will resume at 4:40 p.m. today with no reduction to overs.

The match was forced into a second day after rain on Sunday limited play to just 24.1 overs, with India on 147 for 2.

Afternoon rain threatened a washout of the reserve day -- an option made available only for this Super 4 match -- but once rain ceased ground staff were quick to clear up any water on field, facilitating the resumption of the match.

Meanwhile, Pakistan were dealt a blow when fast-bowler Haris Rauf was ruled out from bowling for the remainder of the match.

Rauf underwent an MRI after feeling discomfort in his right flank during the match yesterday, but tests revealed no tears and he is currently being observed by the team's medical panel and will be held back from bowling as a precautionary measure.
