Iranian Foreign Affairs Minister arrives

Colombo, Feb 20 (Daily Mirror) - The Foreign Affairs Minister of Iran, Hossein Amir Abdullahian arrived at the Bandaranaike International Airport (BIA) last night for a three-day official visit.

Twenty high officials of the country were also present with him. They are scheduled to leave Sri Lanka tomorrow (21).

The Foreign Affairs Minister and the delegation arrived at the BIA from the capital of Iran, Tehran, by special flight IRAN 05 belonging to the Iranian government.

He arrived in the country on the invitation of Sri Lankan Foreign Affairs Minister Ali Sabri.

State Minister for Foreign Affairs Tharaka Balasuriya and a group of others were at the Katunayake Airport special guest lounge to welcome the Iranian Foreign Minister and his delegation.
