Colombo, Feb 17 (Daily Mirror) - The new Manning Market in Peliyagoda today recorded a low price for vegetables compared to the prices during the week.

Additionally, the price of a kilo of carrot was Rs. 500. A kilo of beans was Rs. 550, but the price of green chilli was Rs. 700.

A kilo of bringals was Rs. 200, and a kilo of tomato and capsicum was Rs. 800 each.

Accordingly, other vegetable varieties recorded lower prices as well.
