Colombo (Daily Mirror) - A massive collapse of a part of a hill accompanied by a deluge of rocks and trees has completely blocked the Colombo-Badulla main road between Haldummulla and Bathgoda.
This incident has caused significant disruption to transport and hence motorists have been advised to use alternate routes.
According to the police, the landslide occurred earlier today, leaving the entire stretch of the main road impassable.
Police and local authorities have taken action and deployed teams to the affected area to ensure safety.
