The victim is a manager attached to a guest house in Modara Street. An unidentified person who had arrived in a car had shot at the manager, who was in front of the guest house gate and had fled the scene.
The police suspected that a pistol had been used to shoot at the guesthouse manager. The cause of the shooting has not been revealed yet.
The Modara police are conducting investigations.
