June 05- Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi has invited Sri Lankan President Ranil Wickremesinghe to his swearing-in ceremony, which the President has accepted, according to the President’s Media Division.
During their phone conversation, President Wickremesinghe congratulated Modi on the BJP-led NDA's electoral victory.
President Wickremesinghe is expected to visit India for the ceremony, scheduled for June 8, 2024.
