The Finance Ministry had announced that the monthly fuel price revision would take place today (11) in accordance with the existing pricing formula.

The Ministry said that while the price revision was due to take place on the 10th of each month it was to take place a day late as the 10th fell on a Sunday.

In the meantime, it has been reported that crude oil prises had risen in the world market recently.
