NMRA faces exodus as two more Board members resign

Colombo, Feb 13 (Daily Mirror) - The National Medicines Regulatory Authority (NMRA) has witnessed the resignation of two more members from its board namely Supul Wijesinghe and Dr  Priyantha Serasinghe.

Prior to the latest development, Attorney-at-Law Manoj Gamage conveyed his decision to step down as a Director of the NMRA in a resignation letter submitted to Minister of Health Ramesh Pathirana, effective today, February 13th.

The NMRA Board comprises of Dr. Kosala Karunaratne, Dr. Asela Gunawardane, M.M. Chathura Parakrama Mohottigedara, Dr.Pradeep Kumarasinghe De Silva, Dr. Banukie Jayasuriya and Dr. Duminda Ariyaratne
