Colombo High Court Judge Adithya Patabandi issued notices on former finance minister Ravi Karunanayake and Perpetual Treasuries Limited Director Arjun Aloysius to appear in Court on November 18 over Mr. Karunanayake and family acquiring a housing unit at Monarch Apartments.
They were issued notices to appear in Court to handover indictments in the case filed against them by the Bribery Commission under six indictments.
The Bribery Commission charged that Mr.Karunananayke had committed an offence under the Bribery Act by accepting a house at Monarch Apartments and Mr. Aloysius by aiding and abetting the transaction. (Manopriya Gunasekara)
