Colombo, July 1 (Daily Mirror) - Model Piumi Hansamali arrived at the Criminal Investigation Department's (CID) Illegal Assets Investigations Division to give a statement following allegations that she has acquired substantial properties through organized crimes.

Speaking to the media, she said that she has not done anything wrong and has no reason to be afraid.

"I have all the documents I prepared here. I also have bank statements for about 25,000 orders. People can check for themselves. Just my cream pack is worth Rs. 35,000. They can calculate and see how I earned money," she said.
