The Sri Lankan Parliament will take up a debate on the Gaza conflict tomorrow as per a decision by the party leaders.
The debate therefore will start at 9.30 am tomorrow and is expected to continue till 5.30 pm.
Several members, both from the ruling party and the Opposition had called for a peaceful solution to the Gaza conflict.
Meanwhile, State Minister of Finance Ranjith Siyambalapitiya assured that there will be no immediate fuel price hikes as a result of the conflict. (Yohan Perera)
