Colombo, October 20 (Daily Mirror) - The Sri Lanka Podujana Peramuna (SLPP) has decided to set up a strategic committee to provide the necessary support for the successful conduct of the election and to provide leadership and correct guidance for future decisions.
The decision was taken by the party targeting the upcoming general elections and the Provincial Council election.
The main purpose of setting up this strategic committee is to provide strength and guidance to the candidates to face the upcoming elections stronger as a party.
SLPP's national organizer, former Minister Namal Rajapaksa has clarified the matter in an X message.
