Colombo, Sep 22 (Daily Mirror) -  SJB presidential candidate Sajith Premadasa has won the postal voting in the Vanni district.

Sajith Premadasa obtained 4,899 votes, Ranil Wickremesinghe 4,257, and NPP presidential candidate Anura Kumara Dissanayake 2,092.
