"Some people create pages and share critical content solely to gain more attention on social media. Unfortunately, some cricketers are involved as well. There is little we can do about the nature of social media."
Addressing the team's performance, Hasaranga acknowledged the disappointment felt by fans due to the team's early exit from the tournament. He admitted that mistakes made by the team contributed to their downfall.
