State bank in Mattegoda robbed

Three gunmen had forcibly entered into a State bank in Mattegoda this afternoon and escaped with cash and jewellery, Police said.

The value of the cash and jewellery has still not been ascertained.

Mattegoda Police are investigating. (TK)
