Tamil Progressive Alliance backs Sajith in Presidential election

Colombo, August 06 (Daily Mirror) - The Tamil Progressive Alliance (TPA), led by Mano Ganeshan, has announced that they will support Samagi Jana Balawegaya Presidential candidate Sajith Premadasa in the upcoming election.

Mano Ganeshan made this announcement at a press briefing in Colombo.

He said that his party will sign an MOU with the Samagi Jana Balawegaya. “We’re not asking for the sun and the moon; we just want the estate sector community and Tamils elsewhere to be treated as Sri Lankans,” Ganesan said.
