Anuradhapura, July 4 (Daily Mirror) - The Officer-in-Charge (OIC) of the Thalawa Police Station was injured after he was attacked with a sharp object during a raid last night.
Police said the injured OIC was admitted to the Anuradhapura Teaching Hospital for treatment.
They said the suspect and four others were arrested in connection with the incident.
