He will question National Peoples Power (NPP) candidate Anura Kumara Dissanayake at all rallies till he responds, President Ranil Wickremesinghe said today.
"I questioned Anura whether he will tender an apology to the people in the North for threatening them. I heard that he has responded to this remark of mine which I made in Jaffna. I have also heard that he has fallen ill. I wish him a speedy recovery," Wickremesinghe told an election rally in Welimada today.
"Sunil Handunetti has said an NPP government will set up export processing zones and will promote exports. However, Anura's manifesto says an NPP government will abolish free trade agreements which Sri Lanka has already entered into. How can you develop exports without free trade agreements? I want Anura to respond to this question. I will raise these questions at all rallies till he responds to me," he added.
