Attempt to smuggle Ganja to SL foiled in Ramanthapuram

Over 130 kg of ganja, allegedly meant to be smuggled to Sri Lanka, was seized and two persons were arrested in this connection at S P Pattinam in Ramanathapuram District, Indian police said.
Acting on a tip-off, police seized the ganja, weighing 134 kg, kept at a place on the seashore at S P Pattinam, they said.
Two persons were arrested in connection with the seizure of ganja, which was to be allegedly smuggled to Sri Lanka by the sea route.
