Fraudster remanded

A fraudster who defrauded more than 18 lakhs from several individuals promising foreign employment in Dubai had left the country after defrauding the victims. The suspect was however arrested after he returned and was remanded till the 5th of October.

More than 8 cases against the suspect are currently pending. More investigations are being carried out by the Fraud Investigations Bureau (FIB).  (Daily Mirror online)
