Three people were killed and another person was injured when a three-wheeler they were traveling in, collided head-on with a private bus at Akarawatta in Hettipola on the Hettipola- Kuliyapitiya main Road.

The Police said the injured person was admitted to the Kuliyapitiya Hospital and the driver of the bus has been arrested.
