K’pitiya UC taken over by UNP

The UNP has grabbed the power of Kuliyapitiya Urban Council in the Kurunegala District with six seats obtaining 1,745 votes, while UPFA has obtained 1,370 votes with three seats. The JVP has received 56 votes without any seats.
