Hawalli patrolmen apprehended a Sri Lankan expatriate in Kuwait for possessing drug paraphernalia, reports Al-Seyassah daily.
In line with directives from Hawalli Security Chief Brigadier Ghloum Habib, officers on patrol duty nabbed the suspect when he tried to escape on foot after securitymen asked him to show his civil ID.
During arrest, the officers checked a black bag he was holding and found sensitive scale and drug substance wrapped in white paper. He was referred to the concerned authority without delay.
