A man who had got on top of a post where a protestor is currently threatening to commit suicide and had attempted to play the role of a facilitator was arrested by the police a short while ago on charges of attempting to aide and abet a suicide attempt.

The man had earlier managed to transport a mobile phone to the protestor in order for him to speak to the media. (ISA)
