Sri Lankan government was not in a hurry to take any actions based on the warning issued by North Korea, External affairs ministry said.
“We saw the North Korean warning but we have not yet received any statement from South Korea regarding foreigners facing any difficulties in their country,” Director General of Public Communication of the Ministry of External Affairs Rodney Perera said.
He said the Ministry is closely working with the South Korean government regarding the issue.
He also said none of the embassies in South Korea had made any action about the warning.
