The UNP said today that those who “fully” reject the UN Panel would be insinuating that the LTTE was innocent of war crimes. UNP MP Harin Fernando told a news conference that the UNP conditionally accepts the report as the party is holding the LTTE responsible for violation of human rights and committing war crimes. (YP)
