A private bus which was traveling from Jaffna to Colombo had over turned after going off road and hitting a tree at 1.32am this morning in Vauniya. The driver of the bus and a passenger was killed, while nine other passengers including a woman were injured. The accident is suspected to have been caused due to the driver inability to control the vehicle. The Vauniya police are conducting further investigations.  (GS)
