All elevations showed a decrease in comparison with the corresponding month of 2023.
The January to April 2024 cumulative production totalled 79.73 million kilogrammes, recording a decrease of 5.02 million kilogrammes when compared with the corresponding period in 2023. In the first four months of the year, the High and Low elevations showed negative variances, whilst the Mid Grown elevation recorded a marginal growth in the year 2024.
Compared to 86.58 million kilogrammes of January-April 2022, the cumulative production of 2024 shows a decrease of 6.85 million kilogrammes. On a cumulative basis, all elevations have shown a decrease over the corresponding period of 2022.
