The 37th Installation ceremony of Rotary Club of Cinnamon Gardens was held on 24th August at the NH Collections, Colombo where Dulani Nissanka was installed as President.
The event was graced by Chief Guest District Governor Sushena Ranatunga, Guest of Honour Rtn. Murali Prakash, Past District Governors, Officials of Rotary District 3220, fellow Rotarians, Rotaractors, interactors, friends and family of Rotarians.
The newly installed President emphasized that “the impact of our efforts can be seen in the smiles of those we’ve helped, the communities we’ve strengthened, and the legacy we’ve built. But our work is far from over. We will continue to make a sustainable impact through the magic of Rotary and leave a legacy that will stand the test of time.”
The Rotary Club of Cinnamon Gardens took the initiative to donate US$ 10,000 to the Little Hearts Foundation, which was contributed by Mrs. Ranjini Obeyesekere, beloved mother of Rotarian Dr. Nalinika Obeyesekere an active member of the Cinnamon Gardens Family.
