Expolanka Holdings PLC’s ordinary voting shares were delisted from the official list of the Colombo Stock Exchange (CSE) effective September 12, 2024.
Following the delisting, the company announced it will now operate as Expolanka Holdings Limited. The decision to delist was made in March, with the company citing plans to focus on expanding its international operations.
For the financial year ended March 31, 2024, Expolanka reported revenue of Rs. 249.9 billion, gross profit of Rs. 47.1 billion, and a net loss of Rs. 17.6 billion. In the March quarter, revenue was Rs. 66.0 billion, gross profit Rs. 12.8 billion, and net loss Rs. 5.3 billion.
