Great Place To Work announces 2024 Best Workplaces in Asia

Global authority on workplace culture, Great Place To Work, recently announced its Best Workplaces in Asia for 2024.


The list is based on confidential survey data where employees share their experience on trust, innovation, values and leadership. From this feedback, 200 organisations were ranked on their success in creating a For All workplace experience. 


Leading the multinational category one again are DHL Express and Hilton, retaining their first and second-place rankings among 30 recognised MNCs.


In the large category, which includes companies with over 500 employees, Hayleys Plantations ranked first and Dankotuwa Porcelain third among 70 organisations. In the small and medium category, the Oxford College of Business was once again the highest-ranked Sri Lankan organisation at number two among 100 SMEs.
The other notable rankings in the large category included Royal Fernwood Porcelain at #13, Gamma Pizzakraft Lanka at #14 and AmSafe Bridport at #25. Sitrek Security Solutions ranked #32, with Sitrek Secure Logistics at #35 and DIMO at #39. 

SYNERGEN Health came in at #42, Omega Line at #45 and United Tobacco Processing at #50. Sitrek Courier Services, Nippon Paint Lanka and Sunshine Holdings were ranked #54, #56 and #57, respectively. Additionally, Sitrek Home Nursing and Swiftcare and Aqua Dynamics were ranked #62 and #63. In the small and medium category list, also included the Oxford College of Business at #2, BoardPAC and Uzabase followed closely at #19 and #20, respectively.


BISTEC Global Services ranked #38, Neptune Papers at #47 and IronOne Technologies at #50. Douglas and Sons and Toppan Forms (Colombo) were placed at #66 and #71, respectively, with Adapt Information Technologies at #80, SITREK Technologies at #91 and Ex-pack Corrugated Cartons rounding out the list at #95.


Great Place To Work selected the 2024 Best Workplaces in Asia list by analysing workplace programmes and surveying over 2.7 million employees across Asia and the Middle East, representing nearly 6.9 million employees. 
To qualify, organisations must first be recognised as outstanding in their local region by appearing on one or more of the Best Workplaces Lists in countries like Bahrain, Greater China, India and others during 2023 or early 2024.
