Suresh R. I. Perera, a prominent tax practitioner from KPMG Sri Lanka, has made history by becoming the first Sri Lankan to receive a regional tax award from the International Tax Review (ITR). At the ITR EMA & ASPAC Regional Awards 2024 ceremony held in London on September 18th, Perera was recognised as the Tax Practice Leader of the Year 2024 for the ASPAC region.
