With over 25 years of international experience, serving in the hospitality sector, Quadros brings a wealth of expertise to his new role.
Having most recently served as General Manager at Park Hyatt Maldives, Hadahaa, Quadros led the resort to new standards of excellence in guest satisfaction and operational efficiency. Prior to that, he held the position of Cluster Hotel Manager at JA Resorts & Hotels in the United Arab Emirates, overseeing multiple properties and ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest experiences and driving the properties to new heights in terms of technology and sustainability.
From driving top line revenues in saturated markets to handling successful pre-openings in over four countries spanning from the UAE, Malaysia, Indonesia to India, his leadership and acumen are poised to set new benchmarks for excellence and innovation for the three Radisson Hotels in Sri Lanka.
In his new capacity as Cluster General Manager, Quadros will leverage his extensive background to enhance the performance of Radisson Hotels in Sri Lanka and manage over 500 staff members across the three properties.
Commenting on his appointment, Quadros stated, “I am thrilled to undertake this position and lead these three outstanding properties in Sri Lanka. With the country experiencing a significant influx of tourists, it is imperative that we adapt to meet the evolving needs of modern-day travellers.”
