With over 35 years of management experience in both public and private sectors, including significant roles in multinational companies, Abeysekera’s extensive expertise in entrepreneurship and export-oriented businesses will be instrumental in advancing Kapruka’s ambitious Cross Border Project.
The Kapruka Cross Border Project aims to establish Kapruka as an e-distributor for Sri Lankan brands on international e-commerce platforms such as Amazon and eBay. This initiative is designed to expand the global reach of Sri Lankan products, providing local brands with unprecedented access to overseas markets. By leveraging Kapruka’s robust logistics network and e-commerce expertise, the Cross Border Project will facilitate seamless international trade and enhance the visibility of Sri Lankan products on global platforms.
Abeysekera’s extensive background in strategic planning, governance and export-oriented business development will be crucial in guiding the Cross Border Project to success.
