‘Pulsar Power Club Cricket Fiesta 2017’ came to a successful end

The Pulsar Power Club Cricket Fiesta, the largest ever motorcycle club cricket fiesta in Sri Lanka, is a noteworthy and popular cricket tournament organized by the David Pieris Motor Company,.
In addition to  enabling Pulsar Power Club members to display their skills in cricket while enjoying a day of music and dance, several competitions and other activities were held throughout the day  including  the selection of best modified bike.  Attractive discounts and gift vouchers were also on offer for the Club members.  
 
The Pulsar Power Club Cricket Fiesta culminated with the team from Kalutara A emerging champions of the tournament, beating Matara A in  a fiercely contested match.
 
The winner’s  trophy was presented  by the chief guest Mr. Rohana Dissanayake, Chief Operation Officer of DPMC.
 
With over 7,200 members, the Pulsar Power Club is the largest official motorcycle club in Sri Lanka. Seventeen teams selected from Kandy, Matara, Anuradhapura, Colombo, Ratnapura, Gampaha, Kaluthara and Jaffna participated for the final matches.
 
The event was held on the 12 August, 2017 at Buddhadasa Ground in Pelawatte with the presence of Mr. Rohana Dissanayake, Chief Operation Officer of DPMC, Mr. Shanaka Jayaweera, Chief Marketing Officer, Mr. Jayantha Rathnayake, General Manager, Mr. Samantha Silva, Deputy General Manager (Sales and Marketing) and Mr. Bandara Herath, Deputy General Manager (Sales and Marketing).
