Sri Lanka Telecom (SLT), successfully launched the first ever ‘SLT Digitastic’ Digital Lifestyle Expo at Infotel 2019.
“SLT Digitastic” will be held in parallel to Infotel between November 1st to 3rd the Sirimavo Bandaranaike Memorial Hall B.
The expo was ceremonially opened by Minister of Digital Infrastructure & Information Technology, Ajith Perera and SLT Chairman P.G. Kumarasinghe Sirisena in the presence of SLT CEO Kiththi Perera, Chief Operating Officer Priyantha Fernandez, Chief Marketing Officer Prabhath Dahanayake and several
other SLT officers.
Visitors can enjoy a host of digital entertainment such as e-sports, augmented reality (AR) and virtual reality (VR) as well as holograms. They will also get the opportunity to learn and experience firsthand about IoTs (Internet of Things), robotic games, CoderDojo. ,digi art, music and video editing.
On the opening day of ‘SLT Digitastic’, the company launched its latest ‘Chat Bot’ which will help to enhance customer experience through improved customer engagement.
The first day of the expo saw crowds flock to ‘SLT Digitastic’ including students, youth, professionals, housewives as well as seniors. Visitors to the expo are eligible for attractive product promotions and discounts of up to 50 percent for all new connections obtained at the expo.
SLT also announced the launching of SLT Smart Home, 1GBPS download speed through ultra-high speed fibre technology, IoT for schools, SLT selfcare App& SLT Broadband portaland SLT 01Awards for Digital Excellence 2018/2019 .
