Union Assurance hosted its Premier Club awards ceremony for the second quarter of the year at the Avenra Gardens Hotel in Negombo. The event recognised and rewarded the outstanding achievements of advisers while motivating them to deliver exceptional services to customers.

In the second quarter, Union Assurance inducted over 125 new members into the Premier Club, reaffirming its commitment towards building an exceptional team of professionals who uphold the highest service standards. The Union Assurance Premier Club serves as a premier recognition platform, offering exclusive rewards such as cash prizes, luxury vehicles and specialised training programmes—all aimed at enhancing the quality of service provided to customers.

Chanaka Appuhamy from the Chilaw region, Manoj Bandaragoda from the Ja-Ela region, Upul Priyantha from the Kirulapone region, Jeewan Wijekoon from the City Super region and Amila Harshana from the Pettah region emerged as the Platinum winners for the quarter, receiving a range of exclusive prizes, including cash rewards, international tours and luxury vehicles. Moreover, Vimukthi Sankalpa from the Chilaw region was recognised as the ‘Leader Champion’ from the Sales Manager category, while Chandima Dilrukshi from the Matara region emerged as the ‘Leader Champion’ from the Assistant Sales Manager category.
