Admo Solar, the renewable energy solution provider in Sri Lanka, which is part of Vinseth Engineering (Pvt.) Ltd, successfully carried out a solar energy project for the Kurunegala Provincial Council office complex (PCO) recently.

The outcome of the project was to successfully increase the PCO’s capacity to provide sustainable energy to its staff and assist in reducing monthly electricity costs by reducing the electricity bill to ‘Zero’ (bill value and consumption units). Additionally, it is 100 percent renewable energy with minimum maintenance cost.

The project was successfully completed with the development of a 32KW solar energy plant at an approximate cost of Rs.6.5 million, backed by a 25-year warranty and 24-hour after-sales service.

“Efforts like these support the ambitious development of the country’s alternate energy resources, which is at the heart of the company’s vision,” emphasized Admo Solar Manager Engineering and Operations Dinesh Perera.

Marketing Manager Rumesh Jayasekara also reiterated, “Increasing electricity costs has been a dragging issue for government institutes, industrial institutes and residents alike, but now I believe that we, Admo Solar, have a solution for this and that we are able to cater to all institutes and residents.”
