To appreciate the joy of motherhood and to reward the loyalty, Johnson’s Baby successfully conducted a mega promotion under the theme ‘Hugs & Happy Times’ recently. The competition was conducted to capture mothers’ love and affection towards their babies. The 10,000+ overwhelming responses from mothers all over the island portrayed various perspectives of their motherhood experiences.
The babies - Senuli Eknadi Bandara from Malambe, Yohasna Dewiduni Aththanayake from Nawamedagama, and Dihath Kenuja Dissanayake from Ingiriya – became the lucky winners to secure a fabulous opportunity to visit ‘Universal Studios’, a famous theme park in Singapore, with their parents. Reflecting Johnson’s Baby brand promise - the best protection for the baby - another 100 lucky babies received valuable Panchayudha Pendants, traditionally considered as a symbol of protection in Sri Lanka.
The excellent response received for “Hugs & Happy times” conducted for the first time signifies the enthusiasm and the emotional connection the customers of Johnson Baby have with the brand that has nurtured Sri Lankan babies for over 50 years. Johnson’s Baby won the Gold Award for the ‘the best international brand’ at SLIM Brand Excellence -2014.
In addition, it also secured the No: 1 position in the baby care category in the edition of Brands Annual compiled by the Brand Finance consecutively for three years, which speaks for the brand’s trust and acceptance amongst its target customers.
